Designed with restaurant power and control in mind, the dual ring burner with independent heating controls provides 20,000 BTU each, capable of high heat or a low simmer for a range of cooking ability. This unit features Precision-Point illumination behind the control knobs for an added visual appeal of rich amber beams of light and uses 110V electronic ignition for added reliability.
